Oak Harbor will re-vote on having representation with the Teamsters, employees won the NLRA case that Oak Harbor employees were intimidated and threaten by management and the union buster.
So what happens with the 48 that didn't vote yes?I hope they kick them out,we need that in MiraLoma really bad.Its ridiculous how we are being treated overhere,SOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If 110 cards got signed out of 150,why isn't the union in? I bet the majority of those that signed were Line drivers,cause what I know from Fontana(from when I worked there)is that there are a bunch of brown eye lickers!! Yes that's right,all these drivers going to play poker and softball with management,just so they can make u think that they're on your side.bunch of lames....

Yes! Open your eyes , all you employees at FedEx need to step it up know ur rights,don't let management intimidate you all ,research the union and make the right choice for you , your family and your future!
I'm from reddaway in san diego ca.our terminal just became union with local 542.nothing against our management it's the company we got tired of them taking from us...went to my first meeting lastnight.there was over 150 members. They showed lots of love.

I collected the cards for Fontana. We actually ended up with 110 total cards signed out of 150.

heard local 63 took Fontana Reddaway out on strike this morning. stay united brothers and it will work out.
