"It doesn't matter what I know about the shipping industry or not. Upper management don't care what I actually know. It is all about appearances. It is all about if I look good or not. I will admit I am lazy but the upper managers at Fedex don't see that. To them I am a hard worker because that's the image I portray. If I am lazy and sit in my office and do nothing but watch people work on my computer with the cameras than so be it. I will do as I want to do."
