just remember why your leading this keep it true, in the past some of the stories didnt pan out, be truthful and you will win. THese people need help, the company needs an awakening, they need to understand that people will only take so much before they fight back. and if you really wanna stick it to the red shirts, find a way to have them drug tested, i bet we will lose some people............have fun

beware the good Christian man Andy Lessin is following around employees trying to catch employees organizing on the clock. he needs to pay more attention in church and how to treat people and he wouldn't be having a union situation going on right now

The only reason Andy,Greg, and Johnny Leyva are disrupting this organizing drive is because if FedEx employees brings the Teamsters in, its bye,bye for the the old management and bring in the new management that are expirence in unionize company. James

Those guys andy greg and leyva are all experienced in harassment of their employees so it should be no problem for them to find another job at a non union carrier harassing more people. we are going union and they need to deal with it. i am tired of andy lessin's lies.

To the future escorting employee from the last post, you are absolutly right you will have your chance to have that smile, these managers in fontana are greedy and selfish. They fail to delegate employees properly by not trusting us employees to be responsible, the PM clan of management think they are far superior and always think they are the only one with all the answers. Our managers fail to hear us employee with ideas and won't share them with others, because they think Fedex higher management might recognize us employees for doing a great job and not the supervisor. Here is a pearl of wisdom: if our managers and supervisors know that when us employees shine, they shine, too. The better you delegate and give us more opportunities, us employees will get along and shine. But now the Red Shirts are running their ways and giving no opportunities to others and their motto is to fired. Our co-workers are seeing the light now and we must plan, organize, lead and take control. FROM THE FEDEX

andy lessin is dropping the ax on all of the employees at wht. yesterday 5 dockworkers went down to part time status just so that fedex can save some money. why dont they start firing some of these do nothing managers and andy lessins of the world who are just paycheck collectors.

i heard the plan at wht is to make employees part time every week so by the beginning of the year all full time dockworkers will be part time. nice lies youve been telling andy did you learn that in church?

Great leaders create enviroments in which employees are safe to speak up, to tell the TRUTH, and to take risks. The numbers of managers who punish their employees for pointing out problems that they encounter, for disagreeing with the conventional wisdom of management , or for merely saying what is on their minds is incredible. Even more incredible, many managers punish their employees for taking risks and losing, instead of helping their employees win the next time around... Think about it Andy. from bob

This goes for the dummies up here in the Northwest, too! Y'all aren't the only ones with crappy managers!

The T.M at Whittier is not a role model, instead of leading his employees with vision and inspiration, he pushed the employees with the twin cattle prods(120 volts!) of fear and intimidation. The management team members and employees lived in constant fear of his temper, which could explode without warning and seemingly without reason. We need to stop this outrage, lies, and unionize now.

I am tired of someone who I have never even seen before telling me they don't want me to have overtime. Sombody I never even seen before telling me I have to be part time and all my friends have to be part time too. I am tired of someone I have never seen before telling me my kids can't have clothes on their backs and my family can't go to the doctor so that Fedex does better in the stock market with the shareholders. Shame on Fred Smith, Andy Lessin, James Meyer and the whole bunch of liars.

Mr.Tim Carpenter driver before you spread rumors about how many people attend local 63 meeting, get your facts straight. Come to a meeting and take inventory notes for Mike Hudson and Tammy..... SIGNED DAVE XOXO!

Sounds like tim is trying to score brownie points from management, maybe he is scoring points so he could move his seniority in linehaul or dovetail. tim that's not the way to go, join the rest of us in organizing, like this blog says change...cause this company has change for their benefit not yours, become a member of the teamsters. TONY

I would like to see some sort of posting of the meeting in Rialto. It is vitally important for all Fedex Freight employees to attend.

I say this because I was told by Farrin that if I didn't like the changes that Fedex was making, maybe I should consider another line of work. My answer to him was that maybe a Third Party needs to be involved now.

November 15, 1pm. Rialto Teamsters Local address.
Be There.

Happy Halloween Mr Fred Smith I guess you are tricking your employees this year out of their benefits. You are such a treat. Fedex as a brand name they way that Fedex treat their employees is like garbage.

Why is it Andy Lessin lied to us employees saying that only a handful of full time dockworkers world go down to part time? He lied to me and my family. I can't believe I invested my future in this company that has now betrayed my trust. Shame on Fedex.
