: Stockton CA Has Petitioned

day 3 week 6

today we came in to a HUGE banana cake and a celebratory atmosphere. The occasion: They official presentation of checks and awards for the drivers that are now recieving their safety trucks for driving 25 years without a accident. They had revisited incidents that had previously disqualified them from getting the award and corporate had over turned those decisions.

But the good vibes all came to an end before the day ended. We all showed our displeasure at the fake gesture of appreciation management was trying to convey.

Some made it clear we know why this has been done and it was a sorry attempt to win over guys and it got ugly between the VP and other regional managers is all i can say.

Its now clear to us that management is going to run a dirty campaign. The desperation is clear defeat is inevitable and they do not want us to get to our day.

Rest assured that we are still here and still united and loving every minute of watching the real cronies and thugs expose themselves and crumble.

NOTE the ride alongs have continued every day of this week

Tax Reform Advocates Make Their Case At Tax-Evading FedEx

"Tax Reform Advocates Make Their Case At Tax-Evading FedEx"

fedexA legislative listening tour meant to make the case for comprehensive tax reform will stop on Monday at a giant corporation that’s paid a 4.2 percent tax rate on over $9 billion in profits over the past five years.

The tax reform tour, which is the brainchild of Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) and House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-CA), features a mix of corporate-hosted events and meetings with small businesses. On Monday, the two men will visit the Memphis, Tennessee headquarters of shipping giant FedEx. According to an analysis by Citizens for Tax Justice (CTJ), FedEx raked in $9.3 billion in profits from 2008 to 2012, but paid just $395 million in federal taxes. That means the company faced an effective tax rate of 4.2 percent – roughly one-eighth the statutory rate reformers insist is crushing the business community.

Default Attention Future brothers and sisters of Stockton...

Brothers and Sisters of Stockton FedEx, ask the management of stockton or the guest managers of various service centers of the nation to allow us members of the Teamsters (the employees) to challenge, debate and rebuttal in your employees meeting.
Not the Teamsters staff yet, but actual employees of Safeway's, Raley's, ABF, UPS and especially YRC employees!
Because FedEx management always use YRC as an example, let those employees of YRC speak up for themselves, allowed them to disclose that the Teamsters saved their jobs!
Tell FedEx management this is a campaign, be civilized human, why are they afraid to challenge with employees of the Teamsters, we can tell you the truth as proud members of the greatest Union in the World.
Or just tell FedEx management allow a Teamsters Staff to be present so he can challenge the misinformation giving to you by management, tell them not to be cowards! Man up!!!!

Sincerely Joe Nuño

om other centers. Don Brown will be the guy to sit across the table to bargain with the union for a contract..... Or so he says. He has yet to show up for a single negotiation. The man will try to put fear into you but don't buy into it. He is a true company thug and has life time medical from FedEx.

 Stockton CA Has Petitioned

Well today I was passing Stockton yard frontage rd and I saw a tall gentleman wearing a light blue long sleeve shirt, standing on the stairs of the front of building, looks as if he was angry.
This was around 12:00 noon, he was on his cell phone and his arms were swinging around back and forth, luckily I have a large cardboard Union yes banner, so I honk and wave my banner at him.
When he seen me, looks as he was almost going to drop his cell phone, I just smiled!!!

My company has a yard in Stockton, right on New Castle and Arch rd
