Take advantage and educate your self, become a leader and not a follower, remember knowledge is power!
Here is an advise; when management tell you to read a book about the Teamsters taking down companies, or read it in the internet don’t relied on it.
Go to public records and compare your sources, be wise and organize, and remember keep the dirty side down!
