WTF?

Today at SBO our tv in the break room was removed! Someone said it was because it was too expensive? I thought it was paid for with the money from the recycled bins and some percentage from the vending machines profits?
Oh well just add this to everything else they have taken. Full time positions, line runs, bonuses, overtime, picnics, respect, dignaty, etc.
And at the same time we had some big wigs up stairs and they bought catered food for them? WTF!

Terminal manager from Whittier Andy Lessin once said; why do you want the Union in here? Are you a communist? Now we don't have TV nationwide, so who's the communist now Andy?

Fedex is becoming a joke more and more. It's more like a circus. Here at MRL we lost our free coffe,a couple of months ago they took our direct tv service away. But if you look into our regional office downstairs they enjoy fresh sparklers water. A $32 billion company that doesn't keep their employees happy. I guess that's what happen when you keep dropping in fortunes magazines top 100 companys to work for... Pretty soon we won't even make that list....(and I hope so)

I really think FedEx doesn't want TV's in break rooms so you don't watch progressive Chanels, see what's happening in the nation with Unions.
How states are trying to take Collective Bargaining away from every American Citizens in the United States, in other words hide the media.
They don't want you to see how corporate America is destroying our schools, our education systems.
They don't want you to see how corporate America is destroying our public systems.
They don't want you to see how corporate America is destroying our Health care system.
Once our education system is destroy, people won't have much education and is easier to hold captive meetings and show them propaganda and brain wash them, just like Wal-Mart does with their employees.
So WTF are you going to do, wait till you can't think on your own?
Let corporate do the thinking for you...
Stand up for your Rights, get educated, read more, do your own analysing and research on your own and don't just read the first propaganda corporate gives you.

paul friar is an idiot from wht who sexually harasses the women upstairs and tries to intimidate drivers through harassment and bullying. he took a smoke break every five minutes while that little bitch Paul would bitch about drivers taking too long of a break. shit he would shoot pool outside the PandD office for 45 minutes plus towards the end of the day. ask around wht they will tell you. HR needs to be contacted on this fedex elitist scumbag redskirt.

andy lessin is poking his nose around the corner at wht. telling us we will close down if the union comes in but this company has been losing money the past 3 plus years. I heard teamster president makes as much as russ fleck. it sounds to me like to many members of management have their hand in the fucking cookie jar and are running this company into the fucking ground. but hell, keep the lies and anti union agenda coming andy. your lies are pointed out for all to see. peek a fuckin boo

HR is a joke!!!! Nate Gibson needs to loose his job!!!!!! He protects every redshirt over employees....why doesn't Valerie cruise the head of HR take a look at how these people don't do anything when its employees versus redshirts...but a employees against the company or redshirt is an issue HR deals with severely!!!

I thought that catered food was for the new driver education class they had upstairs.

even if the food was for the driver class, it doesn't change the fact that Uncle Fred continues to take from us. A multi-billion dollar company cannot afford a simple "luxury" such as tv in the breakroom for their workforce? If that isn't the very definition of corporate-greed, I don't know what is.
Be Wise! Organize!!
