Wow, I am surprise that none of you guys file a motion against FedEx for admitting they are violating your Rights to organize your Union. With that corporate FedEx header register trademark means FedEx is admitting they are restricting you your rights to Unionize, violating federal laws under NLRA! Regardless of no individuals involved here, Corporate trademark represent all entities of the company.
