Actually watch it again and it's a very positive message to feed other yards that are on the fence!! Having a Union gives you leverage to your constitutional Labor rights that FedEx doesn't want you to have. Be Wise and organize...and don't let the Bullies control over your Rights, especially those corrupted human resource and investors that tries to make an extra buck for themselves. I Congratulate you guy's for being Bold and having the Courage to stay together when it most Matters. PS:WE are also working on trying to make a Video to let everyone know that the only thing we've ever wanted was The Respect with Dignity from the Company,Employers,and Management which they lack of.
