We would have had a great negotiated contract if workers would have stuck to their Guns and Organized Full blown ! It took me almost 24 years to get $648 plus $75 from FedEx portable pensions plan before I was fired by Crooked Mark Link In Mira Lima. Now Here where I work, I’ve gained $750 in the first 5 years vested and just hit 6 years now which has increased to $900 now. Because every year from now on will increase $150 to my pension fund, so on seventh year will hit in October to $1,050 ! Simple math and wise decision to have a Teamsters pension!
