ATTENTION ALL WESTERN FEDEX FREIGHT MANAGEMENT! To put an end to all of the so-called rumors, we invite all managers to an open forum with a Teamster Representative to discuss the pro’s and con’s of the Union. We will have the forum in a neutral location, in which employees will be able to attend.

If any of you will accept our invitation, please leave your Name, Position, and Domicile as a comment to this post.

As of today 4-25-08, no manager from any service center from the west coast has taken this offer. Showing us all that they will only do their anti-union meetings,one on one or as a captive meeting with no pro-union employee's around to oppose their lies!

It seems as if the lies and corporate agenda continues on and the management is scared of the employees having any kind of control in the workplace. The management wants the employees to be a mindless slave listening not thinking, but what the management fail to realize is the simple fact that the employees are mostly free thinkers and the majority are pro union employees who care about their jobs. Unlike the paycheck collectors which are Fedex Freight management. Message to management: No more cheap exploited labor to break up and prevent Unions. The Fedex Teamsters are here to stay. And remember Fedex workers don't go mad just go Teamster!!!!!!!!!

FedEx management will never have the courage to stand up against the Teamsters; FedEx won’t debate issues, and especially in front of employees. (They can’t handle the truth)
Henry and his anti-union female sponsor at FedEx National LTL Mira Loma California are doing captive meetings and one on one meeting, saying how bad the Teamsters are!
But the reality is they don’t have the slightest idea or concept of being a member of a union, they hold captive meeting and do a one on one meeting in a cowardly manner, oh Henry prove your action and bring in a Teamsters representative and let us be the judge not you or your anti-union group. After all this is America, not a communist country!!

There won’t ever be an end to management telling lies about the Teamsters, because if you are going to talk about the terrible things about the Teamsters, then at least have them present in front of employees.
This way the Teamsters can disprove the lies of corporate telling employees how the Teamsters closed down companies, but the truth is poor corporate decision and bad judgments made by managers, and for one thing managers won’t ever take the fault, but to blame the unions.
Now when the Teamsters talk about the companies, they will say it in front of the managers and employees, they will have statistic and analogy of corporate taking fringe benefits away from the employees, one example is FedEx shrinking the pension plan.
Hopefully some of you read your 204(h) notice you received in the mail, read it thoroughly and look at the last page, the last paragraph, this notice is being provided in accordance with section 204(h) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (ERISA). It is required by the federal government to provide information that helps you understand the effects of a reduction in future retirement plan benefits. The company has prepared this notice for you and other employees whose future benefits may be reduced under the new retirement program.
You must read this plan and hopefully you didn’t throw away in the trash, educate yourself!!!

That’s right management if you’re going to talk smack, debate it in front of the Teamsters and employees, didn’t your parents teach you if got something to say, do it in front of them and not behind their back.
