Andy Lessin has been staying in his office lately and the only time he comes out is to harass pro Union employees and feel around the dock and try to figure out who is for the Union and who is against it. What a legacy to leave behind. A dock and employees and a community who hates him for suppressing workers voices and harssing the workforce.

Obama will hopefully get that Employee Free Choice Act going. Barack should hear about Fedex's case about harassing their employees who want a Union. What a disgrace. Management who call themselves "true Americans" more like true Communists/Nazis that they are. If this Act gets passed like it should Fedex will be a better place to work with employees getting paid more per hour and saving what few full time dockworkers jobs that are still left out there. Dick Bangham would be rolling over in his grave if he knew with what disrespect these SCMs treat the employees taking away their benefits. This is not what Dick envisioned for his company.

Let's see what OBAMA does with the automotive industry...This means dealing with the UNION.

Then we will really see if OBAMA is for the Teamsters.

First of all what kind of car you drive? probably an import, no offense on anybody. but when Americans don't buy American cars, it hurts the American industry, and the unions have nothing to do with the closing of plants, blame us. Here is another reason for our auto industry going out, management decision. Taking our industry to other parts of the world for cheaper labor, and when I mean cheaper labor those new employees are only getting paid only$ 8 dollars a day, now if those employees want to improve their wages tell them to join a union. The only way to make our American auto industry grow is to buy american cars. Not only cars but other product made in America, products that have made in America with pride.
