We deserve better

Fellow Southern California UFV, UIV, ULA, ULB, ULX, UOR, USB, USD, UVC, now is the time to organize to combat favoritism, discrimination, abuse of power by supervisors, and punishment for insignificant things. It's time for a stress-free environment, to be treated humanely and not as a number. We need to communicate, educate and inform ourselves. We don't need to be in fear of fighting for our working rights. We deserve better treatment, respect, and dignity. Let’s organize to have a voice and stop this hostile work environment.

I am glad Conway is organizing too, becuse I hear the horrible stories at Conway.
The things I hear are so familiar to our management here at FedEx.
The employees at Conway walk on egg shells too, just like FedEx employees too, except our communist leaders at Harrison call the egg shells Snapshots
I can atest to the crap my husband has endured working for conway and their desire to stick to minimum labour laws than to reward loyalty.. You certainly dont create a good.work enviornment.by treating everyone as if they are lucky enough to have a job..
I used to work at Conway on Santa Fe Spring. In 1997 to 1998 as a dock worker. I remember when one dock mngr asked me to go home. Because I did not buy him a cold drink from 7-11... Like the other workers..like rick lacon.... That was a driver at that time.
1 time I signed up to work on the weekends cause there were a few runs and the dispatch sup at that time Ramsey Rocha told me that if I wanted to run on the weekends was going to cost me $50 dollars wtf so now we have to pay you to work
