Hey Mr Z, you mentioned at your anti union meeting in San Bernardino that some union ltl companies pensions are no more than a $1000.00 a month. Here is my pension at FedEx after 27 years. $123.43FedEx and $648.59Viking with no medical benefits!

I'll take that $1000.00 plus medical.
Give me a card!

ATTETION, HAS ANYONE READ THE YEARLY RETIREMENT DISCLOSURE, MUCH IGNORED BY US TRUCK DRIVER, WHERE AT THE END CLEARLY STATES THAT FEDEX MUST MAINTAIN A CERTAIN BALACE ON THIS RETIREMENT FUND WHICH IS MONITORED BY US GOV, BUT FEDEX DOES NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATION TO MANTAIN, IN WHICH CASE FEDEX WILL WITHDRAW FROM THIS RETIREMENT FUND PROGRAM, AT NO CONSECUENCE TO THEM, AND ALL A DUMB TRUCK DRIVER IS GOING TO GET IS A LUMP SUM OF $5,000 FROM THE GOV, NOTHING MORE. DOES ANY BODY WILL CARE TO CHECK ON THIS? IM JUST A DUM F....UCK TRUCKER, ANY ONE OUT THERE WITH LEGAL EXPERIENCE? SOUND OFF!!! VOTE YES!!!
