UPS Freight's top pay is the same no matter when the employee was hired. The change made in their new contract was the progression period to reach top pay. Anyone hired after August 1, 2013 will be on a four year progression to reach top pay. Anyone hired before August 1, 2013 will remain on a three-year progression to reach top pay.
