Black History is Teamster History

The numerous contributions of black members to the success of the Teamsters Union are varied and as old as the union itself. Black team drivers attended the first Convention in 1903 and were active in all aspects of the union, including leadership, from the beginning. That commitment remains strong today.

We are going to have a bigger audience on this website, hopefully our friend at the Los Angeles Times is going to be looking at the website (changefedextowin) and write articles on the newspaper with our permission.
If they write articles on the newspaper, we will be more recognize and more public, friends, co-workers and our customers will see our drive, our mission to why we are organizing with the Teamsters.
