After The "Sign Now Pay Later" Video
When I asked Tami D. after the video was done, if she would write a letter, saying that everything that we just saw on the video was true? She said "no", it would be up to their lawyers to do something like that. Then when asked why we couldn't have a Teamster rep. here also to give information on what they have to offer, she said that "the company did not want a Teamster here".But go right ahead and get educated on what the Teamster are about. I told her by showing this video to the other employees was harassment she said " theres no harassing here". Yet after the morning dockworkers had seen the video, Chris M. was asking all the dockworkers on the dock and on the clock, " what they thought of the video?" Sorry Tami that is a form of harassment.

I thing this is a perfect idea about asking Fred Smith questions. First all I am a victim of Whittier Fedex Frt, of Andy Lessin Incorporation, I want to ask Fred if he as a C.EO believe his management under his wings are truthful or corrupted or honest?. If proof is shown with employees sworn testimony on how Whittier service center is corrupted by Andy Lessin and his staff, and other that have tranfer to Fontana and a ATM of devore. Would Fred allow the California Labor Board to perform a thorough investigation on wrongful termination?just because Andy dislike certain employees or discriminated them.
(THIS IS EMPLOYEE HARRASMENT, AND THE TORTURING.. WHAT IS FRED SMITH AND HARRISON ARKANSA FACLITY GOING TO DO? THEY NEED TO QUESTION ALL OF WHITTIER SERVICE CENETR EMPLOYEES ONE BY ONE AND THE TRUTH WILL UNVAIL ABOUT ANDY CORRUPTED MIND...)

Andy Lessin now starts showing this video after Fedex East starts screwing us with taking away our full time dockworker benefits. Andy just goes with the flow not caring about the employees first he said it would just be a handful of dockworkers part time and now I am hearing from him it is going to be 20 plus or more. That sounds just like a lie to me, but that is the norm with Andy just one lie after another after another. I don't know how he lives with himself. What kind of person does these things to so many peoples' lives. With the way things are going now how can the Union hurt? We have nothing to lose involving the third party now. I don't trust Andy anymore and I frankly never did.
